Intro class – Your introduction to Krav Maga

In Sydney most Krav Maga schools start their training program with an Intro session.

The intro class is generally a 60 minute training session in which you will cover some of the basic self-defence techniques and will be prepared for joining the regular classes.

Krav Maga intro session is accessible to all. You don’t need to be an expert in Martial Art or to have a high level of fitness to join this introduction class.

In your Intro Session you will cover some of the topics below:

  • Combatives and striking (punching, kicking, knees, blocks etc…)

  • Defences against common grabs

  • Krav Maga basic principles

  • Tactical behaviour

  • Situational awareness

  • Safety in training

  • Basic drills and exercises to improve your fitness
